Host Paid Internships or Job Shadows

Offer students real-world experience inside your property. Whether it’s a few days shadowing a department or a part-time, entry-level role, your participation gives students the context and confidence they need to succeed.
We handle:
• Pre-screening and preparing students professionally
• Scheduling and coordination
• Ongoing coaching and progress tracking
• Site visit support if needed

Guest Instruction and Mentorship

Speak in our virtual classroom and provide mentorship. Share your journey, talk about your department, or offer tips on professional growth. These 30–60 minute sessions give students real insight into the day-to-day realities of hospitality. After the first semester of instruction, guest speakers are assigned a designated mentee to guide through the program.
